Aceptación de las condiciones de uso
El Sitio es proporcionado por ONE WEST REALTY o One West Realty Grupo Inmobiliario, S.A., de manera colectiva referidas como la “Empresa”, y se pone a su disposición sujeto a su aceptación, sin modificación, de todos los términos y condiciones aquí establecidos. Estos términos y condiciones (en adelante, los “Términos de Uso”) constituyen un acuerdo legal entre usted y One West Realty, y regulan su acceso y utilización del Sitio, incluyendo, sin limitarse a ello, cualquier contenido, información, características y funcionalidades disponibles en el Sitio o a través del mismo. Se recomienda leer detenidamente estos Términos de Uso antes de acceder o utilizar el Sitio.
AL UTILIZAR EL SITIO USTED (A) RECONOCE QUE HA LEÍDO Y COMPRENDIDO ESTOS TÉRMINOS; (B) DECLARA QUE TIENE 18 AÑOS O MÁS; (C) ACEPTA ESTOS TÉRMINOS DE USO Y RECONOCE QUE SON UN ACUERDO VINCULANTE ENTRE USTED Y NOSOTROS; Y (D) REPRESENTA QUE NO HA SIDO SUSPENDIDO O ELIMINADO DEL SITIO. SI NO ESTÁ DE ACUERDO, NO UTILICE EL SITIO.
Cambios en los Términos de uso
Nos reservamos el derecho de revisar y actualizar estos Términos de uso a nuestro exclusivo criterio. Todos los cambios entran en vigor inmediatamente al publicarlos y se aplican a todo acceso y uso del Sitio desde entonces. Su uso continuado implica aceptación de dichos cambios.
El sitio y su contenido
El Sitio proporciona acceso a propiedades, también conocidas como listados de bienes raíces, incluyendo casas, condominios, townhouses, terrenos, lotes, desarrollos, bodegas, oficinas y locales comerciales e industriales, así como información relacionada con bienes raíces y financiamiento hipotecario, ofrecida por One West Realty y su red global de oficinas afiliadas y profesionales de ventas comerciales.
No reclamamos la propiedad de ningún contenido que usted publique en el Sitio, salvo lo establecido en nuestro Aviso de Privacidad. Asimismo, nos reservamos el derecho de modificar, actualizar o restringir total o parcialmente el acceso al Sitio, a nuestro exclusivo criterio.
Acceso y seguridad de la cuenta
Para crear una cuenta (“Cuenta”), debe proporcionar información precisa y actual. Su cuenta es personal y no debe compartir sus credenciales. Debe notificar cualquier acceso no autorizado inmediatamente.
Servicios de terceros
El Sitio puede contener enlaces a sitios de terceros, incluyendo oficinas de One West Realty y asociados de ventas independientes. Su uso de dichos sitios está sujeto a sus propios términos y riesgos. No somos responsables de daños derivados del uso de sitios de terceros.
Concesión de licencias y restricciones
Se le otorga una licencia limitada, revocable, no exclusiva y no transferible para usar el Sitio, bajo cumplimiento de estos Términos. Queda prohibido modificar, reproducir o explotar el Sitio de manera no autorizada.
Obligaciones del usuario
Usted acepta cumplir todas las leyes aplicables y reconoce que el uso del Sitio es bajo su propio riesgo.
Derechos de propiedad intelectual
Todo el contenido del Sitio es propiedad de One West Realty o sus licenciantes y está protegido por leyes de derechos de autor, marcas, patentes y secretos comerciales tanto en Honduras como en Estados Unidos. El uso no autorizado constituye violación legal.
Marcas comerciales
El nombre, logotipo y eslóganes de One West Realty son marcas registradas y no deben utilizarse sin autorización escrita.
Uso prohibido
- Violación de leyes locales o internacionales, incluyendo exportación de datos.
- Suplantar identidad de otra persona o entidad.
- Uso del Sitio para marketing o propósitos distintos a los bienes raíces.
- Distribución de software malicioso o datos falsos.
- Acceder a áreas protegidas o crear enlaces sin autorización.
Renuncia de garantías
EL SITIO SE PROPORCIONA “TAL CUAL” Y “SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD”. ONE WEST REALTY NO OFRECE GARANTÍAS EXPRESAS O IMPLÍCITAS Y NO SERÁ RESPONSABLE POR DAÑOS DERIVADOS DEL USO DEL SITIO.
Limitación de responsabilidad
EN LA MÁXIMA MEDIDA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY, ONE WEST REALTY NO SERÁ RESPONSABLE DE DAÑOS DIRECTOS, INDIRECTOS, INCIDENTALES O PUNITIVOS DERIVADOS DEL USO DEL SITIO.
Indemnización
Usted acepta indemnizar a One West Realty y sus afiliados frente a cualquier reclamación derivada del uso del Sitio o violación de estos Términos.
Ley aplicable y arbitraje
Estos Términos se regirán por las leyes internas del Estado de Colorado, EE.UU. Cualquier disputa se resolverá mediante arbitraje individual, sin procedimientos colectivos.
Acuerdo completo
Estos Términos constituyen el acuerdo completo entre usted y One West Realty en relación con el Sitio.

Acceptance of Terms
The Site is provided by ONE WEST REALTY or One West Realty Grupo Inmobiliario, S.A., collectively referred to as the “Company,” and is made available to you subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all terms and conditions set forth herein. These terms and conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms of Use”) constitute a legal agreement between you and One West Realty and govern your access to and use of the Site, including, without limitation, any content, information, features, and functionalities available on or through the Site. You are advised to read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using the Site.
BY USING THE SITE YOU (A) ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE TERMS; (B) REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER; (C) AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND RECOGNIZE THAT THEY CONSTITUTE A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND US; AND (D) REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE NOT BEEN SUSPENDED OR REMOVED FROM THE SITE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.
Changes to Terms of Use
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the changes.

The Site provides access to properties, also referred to as real estate listings, including houses, condominiums, townhouses, land, lots, developments, warehouses, offices, and commercial or industrial spaces, as well as information related to real estate and mortgage financing, offered by One West Realty and its global network of affiliated offices and real estate professionals.
We do not claim ownership of any content you post on the Site, except as expressly stated in our Privacy Notice. Furthermore, we reserve the right to modify, update, or restrict, in whole or in part, access to the Site at our sole discretion.
Account Access and Security
To create an account, you must provide accurate information. Accounts are personal; sharing credentials is prohibited. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Third-Party Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Your use of such sites is subject to their terms and at your own risk. We are not responsible for damages arising from third-party sites.
License and Restrictions

Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. ONE WEST REALTY MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES FROM SITE USE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONE WEST REALTY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify One West Realty and its affiliates against any claims arising from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law and Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, U.S.A. Disputes shall be resolved by individual arbitration without class or collective actions.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and One West Realty regarding the Site.
